Oh dear, at least that issue should be a warranty item!
Mine is booked in again on the 11th June for a couple of days for them to diagnose and hopefully fix the lack of power problem. They've not mentioned the hoses yet.
My "loss of power" was initially intermittent but now permanent which sounds as though it could be the hoses. I guess with mine being 6 years old, they could have perished. I certainly don't want to be paying to replace them.
