Just a quick note (and slight cross-post violation) for the group, after an HORRIFIC experience buying from another sponsor vendor here, which I am sad to discover was NOT a unique experience, judging from the slow, steady growth of a thread of other "customers" who are suggesting you not buy from them...
I am VERY HAPPY TO SAY - this does NOT apply to Sonic Tuning!
- I asked Jose a question - quick no-pressure informative answer.
- 3 weeks later (when I was ready to buy) I placed an order online,
- Instantly received an order confirmation email,
- 53 minutes later, received an email (and a PM) with a UPS tracking number confirming the item had shipped.
Now
THAT's what I'm talking about.
I'm a little embarassed I ever bought from anyone else...
I can't speak yet for the products, so far I'd say I have nothing to worry about.
