Well, I wouldn't agree that it's not worth it - it's worth doing it on a brand new car which hasn't been raped by winter yet. Then, when you're a few years into ownership, you remove the vinyl and bang, new car. Better than clearbra from this reason precisely because you get to re-experience the car.

But definitely expensive, and definitely a pain in the ass to remove.
