I think he's a dumb rich person without respect, yes. He was laughing about it afterwards like it was no big deal. Yet I highly doubt you get blacklisted just for crashing an Enzo. In the manner this one was crashed I can surely see him getting on a blacklist, but not every wreck. For example what if you're a hardcore track addict and kiss the wall at a track in your Enzo/FXX? I don't think you get blacklisted for something like that.
