Good news
Today I left my car at my dealer. There was other technician who worked on my car today. I wanted to say to him what Juiced46 and Tehnic wrote here, but he immediately knew where the problem is and how to fix it - that somehow I have software for a car with Combox and they need to code CiC for a hw I got. If it won't work, they will call main BMW importer for our country to renew VO codes. One hour later they called me and told that issue is fixed and I can pick a car.. Everything now works like before
