Help...Rubbage

Hello all,
I'm running the following set up in the rear...

-19x9.5 et20 265/30
-Fenders rolled
-Camber set at -2.0

I'm rubbing on big bumps. From the looks of it, I'm very very very close to clearing the rear tires. The easiest fix in my mind is to have it realigned and adjust the camber to -2.5 or even -3.0. Not sure how that's going to affect tire wear and performance??? And I definitely don't know if that will fix the problem. The other option I see is to get new tires 255/30's? Thoughts anyone?

Also, kind of unrelated, but my wheel has a slight shake in it around 45 mph. It goes away around 55 mph. Do I just need to balance the wheels?
