Was just about to say that.. Judging by the other cars, the BMW was going well over the speed limit. However, had that white car not had an idiot for a driver, none of it would have happened.
In Texas, the law is.. It's always the person behind the cars fault if they are rear ended. They claim that the person behind should have been going slower, or should have left more distance. NO MATTER WHAT it is always their fault..
Its dumb, they don't take into account that the person in front could be a jackass and slam on his brakes for no reason, or someone could pull out in front of them with two feet to spare.
