You've had the car since day 1. It sounds like you were always on top of the maintenance and babied your car. Besides regular care, I wouldn't expect any problems that you may expect of a car that has been abused.
I say keep it. It's an excellent second car for those rainy days that you aren't going to want to drive your new 991.
