Question for you Re: 4.0" Dimisa Tips - in order to get them flush mounted & not sticking out 2" from the bumper, did you have to remove the OEM vacuum flap on the left side of the exhaust i.e. permanent Golf Tee mod.
I just had mine installed as well and the challenge was that the tips would stick out way too much if the vacuum flap were left in place. The only down side with the Vacuum flap being removed is that my car sounds kind of "boomy" around the 2000 RPM.

I did remove the vaccum flap. They sit pretty much identical to where the OEM ones did. I didn't notice a huge sound difference, although I'm fully cattless with DPs also..

I did, but I ended up removing them. I painted my VMRs black, and it just didn't sit well with the new scheme. new shoot to come soon
