I found the prices to be on par with the UK. £4 a pint, £10 - £20 for a decent meal in Reykjavik, you just need to research bars and restaurants before you go.
Blue lagoon is about £35 if you pay on the card, but if you take some euros and pay cash it will work out about £25.
