Here were my mods during the 9.60.
Some of these are suspension modes and don't really relate to the quick times but I still thought I would post it because you never know.
For example, the RacingBrake rotors are the 2 piece rotors and are 4 lbs lighter (each) than the stock rotors so I'm sure they will help.
