Yeah, that's my plan today. Going to send a letter to BMWNA as well as the manager and owner of the Roseville shop. Some online reviews as well. It is fraud because they wouldn't have thought twice about going through the motions on it if I was dumb enough to authorize the $2700. Then just tell me - "Sorry, that didn't work. We'll need another bag of cash from you now to try something else."
