Basically any windows based computer that you can get inside your car. It doesn't need to be expensive or multi core ect. Thus, a netbook will work great or a laptop if you already have one. Check craigslist for cheap netbooks. They are everywhere. The only major requirement is a working USB port on the netbook or laptop. Let me know if you have any other questions.
