I think this antenna needs to stick to metal...couldn't get it to stick in the glove either.
Whatever....that's three car kits! I have a '98 Jimmy that I use for my farm work and the gritty stuff that the X5 doesn't have to do!
One day someone will come up with a far more elegant and cheaper solution to make my XM radio merge with my BMW radio, and I'll buy that setup.
