I'm sure someone can tell you specifically but I just used the Castrol web site for my Mini: input your car reg and the correct oil comes up.
Just purchased from Eurocarparts incidentally as they had the Castrol Edge 0W-30 I wanted at a pretty good price, £31, 4L, delivered (and its the same oil for my Mini and E91 330D). Is BMW LL04
