Yes (It depends really, they might not want to do it if they are picky), yes they will still WABANG due to the stiff sidewall, but less than the stock shock/spring setup. The upside is you can now drop the car to reduce the awkward gap and most of the floaty wallowy feel goes away.
I dropped mine on v3 with almost no gap for summer and raise in winter.
