I am not sure if this would work. Try it and let me know.
Without CA.
1 Turn off the engine, take out the fob.
2 Immediately restart the engine with no fob inserted, and turn on the radio.
3 Now shut off the engine and the radio remains on.
I don't know how long it will remain on though.
