Ladies and Gents - I just had my first tax reminder and went to order on-line.
Then I noticed that my 330i Manual M Sport delivered end of May 2007 had been given the 210g/C02 per KM rather than the 173 I was expecting.
The Vehicle Certification Agency shows it as being 173g/C02 as well.

DVLA were completely useless and told me to ring the manufacturer...
Before I go round and round burning numerous cycles and wasting time...
is this everyone elses understanding ?
Only £40 per year I know between the tax brackets - but I plan to keep the
car for 3-4 years.
It's the principle at stake here....I paid through the nose for my x5 and was looking forward to not being in the top band this year.
