You're probably already aware, but the only thing I would note is that you'll need to have some cash for maintenance costs. I think the N52 is pretty solid, but BMW electronics can be unpredictable. And, of course, most of the time when one of the electronic components goes out, the fix is to replace it, which can be expensive.
