I see no difference
at all to Colin or friends on a charge through the pack. Only consistency, determination and desire to beat others will see them get onto the podium.
There is also the fact that Colin exhibited this focused desire to
win, whether it be in the forest, in a touring car, at Le Mans, on a motorbike, boats, roller skates etc., etc.
EXACTLY the same attributes - just a different medium. Neither is "lesser" as it appears you allude to.
