I was being fair. All kinds of people own BMWs, and can want all kinds of upgrades for them. Not everyone is an automotive engineer with BMW specific experience to just make up a solution on the spot. And its not a negative to put up a post despite a low chance of it being successful. I'm an engineer myself, but don't have anywhere near the expertise to work through the ECU on my e90, so I would definitely pay for some sort of upgrade that would let me have some RWD fun on occasion.
