it is too early for e90 for facelift, please!! It usually happens like mid life cycle-consider that e46-1998-2005- facelft-2002, so e90 should get facelift around 2009-2010. i agree with imperial about time for facelift. don't worry the e90 will still be a fresh design and will not get metal 'plastic surgery' for another 3-4 years. Engine change/upgrades are less predictable in the life span of the car.
