I don't believe so, the fronts are ET47 & rears ar ET50, they will sit very far into the arch and touch the shock absorber or brake caliper I imagine. A 15mm spacer would bring the front down to ET32 and the rear down to ET35 which should work but obviously I cannot guarantee. I think the E46 used the same 72.6mm centre bore and the stud pattern for the 3-Series has been 5x120 for ages so that should also match.

I have a set of 15mm spacers for sale in the 'for sale' section at present, virtually new with extended bolts and lockers if they'd be of interest.
