Yes, but don't forget to convert USD to CAD, $20,000 that you paid for your car is roughly equivalent to $27.5K CAD. Also, convert km to miles - 30K km is only 18,5K miles - so roughly 3 times less than your cars mileage. When all is taken into account - the difference is not that great anymore, if any.
