If you want a decent steak(not as good as the above, but still good) with a very, very dallas atmosphere you could check out Al Biernat's. I wouldn't pick it for the steaks alone, but the scene is dallas in a can.

Not a steakhouse per se, but Stephan Pyles is right around the corner from you and they do a mean cowboy ribeye. The food on the rest of the menu is a great take on upscale southwest. I think it's overall one of the best restaurants the city has to offer, esp if you've not done much of the southwest thing before.
