You can rewire the ODB port pins to any random configuration you wish.
Then get a simple OBD adapter like you get with some K+DCAN cables and rewire pins to convert your random pin pattern back to standard ODB2.
This way, if anyone plugs anything into he ODB2 socket without your unique adapter - it will fail.
