If you are not willing to roll your fenders, I suggest not going for the overly flush look, but rather using a wheel with the proper offset. Here's a picture of how our EX-M1 19x10.5 ET40 sits on the rear of a coupe using a 275/30 General Exclaim tire. The car is also lowered and there are no rubbing issues.
