both 1 and 2 will have big improvement over stock, however, pss10 provides you the adjustability of height and softness whereas b8 shocks will be set, no change unless you change springs, pss10 would be a better choice if your budget allows!
i would not change springs only, not only it fck up your shocks and they will die early, the ride is not comfortable nor stable, and it gets worse over time
