(This was late last year:-) Mine was under AUC warranty but I sent it in for two issues.
White powder from vents and intermittent stalling.
Had to authorize £60 investigation fee, hmm ok.
They kept it for three days and changed the condenser in the aircon, but couldn't replicate the intermittent fault so still charged me the £60.....
Errrr, WTF!
Bit of a "to do" but they wouldn't budge so I paid.
On my way out of the car park it stalled.
Needless to say I turned around and went back in.....
Eventually (and I mean eventually) I was reimbursed by a cheque in the post.
Some months later they also managed to fix the issue.
Ahhhh, dealers....
It seems to be a standard response, I'm afraid.
