I had a warranty issue with mine; the helper kept loosing 'grip' of the belt halfway through it's extension. So, it would always start the process and halfway the belt would slip out of its grasp, and the belt helper would arrive empty.
Turns out the belt itself was worn. Replaced under warranty and hey presto, working again.
The belt feeders in the CLK are much more robust and the belts are actually fed through them, so no slipping or missed grabbing issues.
