tough to say... i actually just got something on priority mail a few days ago and the mailman was being a tool about it. i was home all day, tracking said he came by at around noon, all i got was a notice (and i had to make a trip to the post office to pick it up). he didn't even ring my doorbell, and it was delivery confirmation (he's supposed to just leave it on the doorstep). seriously, that guy has issues, i hardly even get mail anymore and he screws with me every chance he gets.
cliffs: ups is worth the extra 5 bucks.
