You need to have Bluetooth tethering enabled.
Not all phones are supported, e.g. iPhone 4 and iPhone 3Gs work fine as well as Nokia 6500c, but it does not mean all Nokia phones will work.
Nokia phones will have better Office compatibility, since iPhone can only have contacts, while Nokia E72 has Text messages, Calendar, Reminders, Tasks, etc.
