The only thing I see rare about it is that it is a six speed (which I like, and would pay a bit more for myself--which is what I think you're thinking as well). But I wouldn't let them make a selling point out of a "rare combo."

+1, lots of people that order the car in AW get Coral Red as the interior as well. I almost went that route when I ordered my car, except I thought I might get sick of the red after several years. I plan on keeping my car 5+ years so it was something to consider. I ended up with Oyster/Black interior. But anyways, the dealer should have no problem selling that car to someone looking for a AW and in manual. AW color coupes are easier to sell than some other colors. It keeps its fresh look throughout the years and lots of people look for these in used.
