Not at all!
Make sure you bed in your brakes correctly and you won't have this problem.
Also, the CRC helps this from happening.
A lot of people don't know this, but usually when you hear the squealing noise coming from the brakes, the squealing is coming from the pads vibrating against the caliper and not from the pads squealing against the rotor.
