Should a smog @ BMW cost ~$200?
I failed my 2nd state ref with a completely stock car.
It won't hold speed with 50% load I am told, which is why it's not passing.
I really don't know what I'm gonna do if BMW can't figure it out.
Does that sound right for a smog though???
