I used TDK DVD-R and it's working great so far (yeah all of 20 minutes so far compared to the pressed 2009.1 disc). On the other hand, I had many many problems with Verbatim +R (on verification many errors cropped up) and I ended up having to ditch most of the batch.
In short, TDK yay
