13.00 or faster and you need a helmet. You also need to wear pants and not shorts when running.
Being stock, I should not have to worry about it. Those of you with a Procede, JBS2, SSTT or anything of the sort probably need to bring a helmet.
Still up in the air about it. If I am there, it will be a 2007 335i 4 door, Barberra Red, Sport Package and no mods...
