I would probably keep the wheels as is, looks great already. Fully blacked out wheels will look a little bit smaller. My black wheels w/lip sometimes look like 18's even though they are 19's.

If you choose to black out the wheels and roof, though, I would recommend blacking out the trim as well. You could then wrap or black out accent pieces to complete the look - i.e. mirrors (you already have the grills)
