AughtOcho335 - That article you posted refers to home lighting and AC powered bulbs. It is 100% relevant ot home bulbs and that fact that most analog dimmers aren't compatible with LED light bulbs.

With the car's angel eyes its a much more simple solution. The car performs a self check of the exterior lighting of the car on occasion to make sure no bulbs have blown. A lot of angel eye bulbs out there are not designed to accomidate this self check feature and will pulse on when this happens. Halogen bulbs take much longer to turn on and off so they are not affected by this self check feature, but LED's are instant on so they will pulse.

There are a other brands out there that will not pulse on start up or this self check feature, such as our LUX H8 V4 angel eyes. We design all our own products so we made sure this will not happen.
