I have a mapped 335d and best iv had at 70mph cruise resetting the mpg before leaving for the 120 mile journey was 51mpg. Although if one was to reset whilst driving at 70mph constant, initially you will see approx 60mpg before it starts to drop

51 is still higher than the car can achieve at that speed. Try calculating it manually based on how many litres you put in the tank. I'd expect 45 or so as a highest figure, at least based on my own experiences..
