Based on the messages I have been getting, it looks like this is not an isolated incident. I now know of 4 cars that this has happened too. When I am done with repairs, I will be posting the part numbers for everything needed to fix this problem and pictures and instructions to aid in the repair. Just in case anyone else finds themselves in my current situation...
