The path that I took while I was under the original warranty was a charge pipe, drop in k&N filter (which probably didn't do much) and a Cobb AP which I tuned for a 40% blend of e85 / 93 octane. That alone probably got me well over 400 ft/lbs of torque to the rear wheels. If you have a little extra cash I'd suggest a low pressure fuel pump upgrade to handle more ethanol. High concentrations make IAT less meaningful so you can skip the intercooler.
