If they see your car was flashed they are going to void the powertrain warranty for any reason. The 335i has a flash counter on it and the AP changes that counter when you flash it. Also the overboost you mentioned is what will tip them off about it. That is the nice thing about the JB4, the ECU doesn't see overboost.
