I know most guys would also put headers in on a max bolt on car but few guys actually have them, they are real pricey, and would end up being my last mod.

with the stuff listed do you think il be close?? I am buying a car this wkend hopefully, theres 2 325's priced well and 1 330.

If possible get 330i, it has very nice ZF transmission, great features and is very reliable. I think it is the best value.

The first two mods you should consider are lighter wheels + tires (i.e. Apex + PSS) and LSD (Wavetrac is affordable). After this CAI and AA tune (and three stage manifold if you get 325).

Try to decrease weight with every mod, that will improve handling and performance and don't rush with mods... unless you have $$$$ to burn
