I am looking at getting either am 07 e90 or e93, and had some questions about the prices I am seeing.

I am looking at getting into one with 70k-90k miles, is it out of the question to buy either for 17-18k? Or are the verts a lot more than that? I haven't been able to tell because I rarely see them with that many miles, and the prices go anywhere from 17-25 for the same car.
