I bought painted OEM style spoiler and splitters from JBSPEED when I first joined the forum and it arrived very well packaged. I asked him for a discount for the two items and he gave me a small one. But if I remember correctly, one of the splitter had a scratch on it. But overall paint and quality was good and I was happy.
I'm sorry to hear about your problems but it sounds like everything is resolved. Good for the vendor!
