brake pads. dont let the service advisor tell you that its normal. its not.
most likely the inner pad is worn down unevenly and when you turn right, it pushes weight towards the left and you'll get noise.
the service man will actually have to pull off the caliper and look at the pads. you cannot just eyeball it with the caliper on.
