I think it's because the 933 pumps are rebuilds where as the 446 pumps are brand new. The thing that sucks though is that I've heard that there have already been 933 pump failures.

doesn't seem to be failing as often, but i suppose that can be due to the mileage on them.
pump failures on the 933 could just be due to bad quality control since they're rebuilds?
