18x9" needs a spacer up front due to strut tube clearance with meaty tires like that. That results in needing camber plates to clear the fender.
AD08's and other extreme summer tires won't fit up front in wide sizes without camber plates.
265/35/18 on the 9.5" wheel is a clean easy fit.
