a couple of suggestions.
make double sure you put the covers back on dead square, and dead tight.
on my nearside cover, i put it in place, and screwed it back in, but obviously missed a bit of seal or something, as this headlight misted slightly.
secondly, i have a set of 8000k bulbs - they are a fantastic blue, but light output is nowhere near as good as OEM - still very bright, but i'm not overly happy with it. i may change to 6000k.
